Hi, I am Nairne, I am a residential construction estimator for Hal Collums Construction, LLC.  Besides estimating projects, my days are filled with visiting beautiful homes, meeting amazing architects, and subcontractors and learning anything from concrete, roofing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing to LEED certification.  The other side of my job, I have affectionately termed “Loose Ends”, I handle all those things that pop up that need to be followed or hunted down, like retrieving a building permit for a client or chasing down drawer slides for the WWII Museum.  Along with being able to bring my two basset hounds (The Dude and Ouiji Board) to work, what makes my position so fun, is working with a team of brilliant and enthusiastic people.
